Here are a brief examples of some of the projects we have undertaken  
Startup Mentoring
Eastern European Edtech startup CV30.co.  Mentor an exciting Eastern European startup involved in addressing the international University student market,  bringing international experience to build scale and distribution to a wider worldwide market  
Large UK based media Corporation.

 

Mangement of a large complex UK disposal of Media assets. This involved carving out a new company out of a highly integrated divsional structure that involved seperation of content creation, advertsing, content delivery systems and highly evolved suite of Digital Media and content assets.    

UK Industrial Group
Post a Private Equity funded buyout management of a UK listed group. Managed the disposal of the assets and 9 companies with the group in the UK and USA. This involved considerable involvement on site in preparing the businesses for sale and with buyers and Investment Bankers to successfully close transactions.   
 
 
Startup and Fintech Research
Creation of a research base on London's and the UK's Startup environment with specialisation in Fintech. Developed orginally to provide understanding on how the UK's Startup base was developing now involves forensic analysis of the structure of London's startup innovation machine.
